Despoina Samaltani started practicing yoga over 30 years ago as a dancer to calm anxiety, and has been teaching gentle trauma-informed, accessible yoga since 2020.
She specializes in helping working women 50-60 years old who are juggling career, family, and life's demands ease stiffness and mental overwhelm that perimenopause, menopause, and aging bring.
Her evidence-based approach blends gentle yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and energy techniques designed for working women who don't have time for hour-long classes.
